Acceptable Use Policy

Coloring Trove makes family-friendly coloring pages. This policy applies to every description (prompt) you type into our AI generator and to every page it creates.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the generator to create any of the following six categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW — nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive content.
2. Violence / gore — graphic injury, blood, torture, or glorification of violence or self-harm.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality, including hate symbols.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexual or sexualized content involving minors. Zero tolerance; reported to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation — depictions of real people, celebrities or public figures, or content meant to impersonate a person, brand or organization.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement — copyrighted characters (for example Disney, Pokémon or Marvel characters), brand logos or other protected works.

Also prohibited: content promoting terrorism or extremism, instructions for weapons, spam, and descriptions designed to get around our safety checks.

2. How we moderate

• Before generation: every description is checked against our blocklist of prohibited terms, then screened by Waffo Prompt Sift, a content-safety service. Only descriptions that pass both are drawn.
• After generation, before display: every page is reviewed by an automated safety classifier. Pages that fail are discarded and any credit is refunded.
• Logs and human review: we keep moderation logs and review flagged descriptions and user reports by hand.

3. Reporting

If you see a page made with Coloring Trove that breaks this policy, email [email protected] with a description or the image. We acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours and other reports within 3 business days.

4. Enforcement

• Blocked descriptions are not drawn and no credit is charged.
• Repeated attempts to create prohibited content lead to a warning, then account suspension.
• Child-safety violations and other serious violations lead to an immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of remaining credits and a report to the relevant authorities.

5. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] within 14 days. We review appeals within 10 business days.
