Refund Policy

If a page fails to generate or is blocked by our safety check, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

If you're not happy with a credit pack, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Unused packs are refunded in full; partly used packs are refunded for the unused credits.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake (or PayPal if you paid with PayPal). Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
